We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition with all certificates, packaging, and accessories intact.

- Product significantly different from description
- Manufacturing defects
Not Eligible for Return
- Energized or consecrated products (once energized, they cannot be returned for spiritual reasons)
- Personalized horoscope reports and consultation services
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging by customer
- Products returned after the 7-day window
Refund Process
How Refunds Work:

- Share photos of the product and packaging
- We will review your request within 24-48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
Refund Methods
- Online Payment: Refunded to the original payment method (5-7 business days)
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer to your account (7-10 business days)
- Exchange: Choose to exchange for another product of equal or lesser value
Cancellation Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the return policy applies. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
