How to install and use

Perform the installation on a Tuesday or Saturday, or at the muhurat of your new-vehicle puja.

Wash the Yantra with clean water and a little Ganga jal, dry it, and place it on a white cloth before beginning.

Offer bel patra, white flowers, akshat and a ghee lamp, and light chandan dhoop, then take it once around the vehicle.

Chant the Mahamrityunjaya mantra 108 times, and make a sankalp naming the vehicle and its regular users.

Fix the Yantra securely inside the vehicle so it faces the direction of travel and cannot slide, block the driver's view or become a loose object in a collision. If in doubt, keep it at the home altar in the north-east instead.
