How to Use — Step by Step
Purification
Wash the mala or bracelet with Gangajal before first use. This clears any residual energy and prepares the beads for your personal practice.
Energization

First Wear

Meditation Use
Use the mala for japa by holding it in your right hand. Start at the guru bead, move bead by bead with each mantra repetition. Never cross the guru bead.
Care & Storage
Apply mustard oil to Rudraksha mala monthly. Remove before sleeping. Store in a clean cloth pouch when not in use. Avoid contact with chemicals and perfumes.
