Parad Ram Darbar (पारद राम दरबार) is the magnificent pure-parad (mercury) murti depicting the complete Ram Darbar — the royal court of Lord Ram, Goddess Sita, Lakshman ji, and the revered devotee Bajrang Bali (Hanuman ji) — cast in a single piece of solidified, purified mercury (parad). The Ram Darbar form is the most complete representation of the Treta Yuga dharma — Lord Ram as the Maryada Purushottam (the ideal man, son, husband, and king), Sita ji as the embodiment of purity, devotion, and feminine dharma, Lakshman ji as the symbol of selfless brotherly sacrifice, and Hanuman ji as the eternal devotee whose every breath sings the name of Ram. The parad (mercury) murti is especially sacred in the Shiva, Shakti, and Vaishnava traditions — the parad is believed to be the condensed form of Lord Shiva himself (the Hara-rasayana), to absorb and radiate the deity's energy many times more powerfully than stone or metal, and to bring the combined blessings of dharma, bhakti, and moksha to the home.
