कार्य सिद्धि 3x3 यंत्र
Karya Siddhi 3x3 Yantra (कार्य सिद्धि 3x3 यंत्र) is a sacred 3x3 inch copper Yantra dedicated to Lord Ganapati as Vighnaharta, installed for one purpose only, the completion of work that has stalled. Karya siddhi means the accomplishment of an undertaking, and this Yantra is the plate traditionally kept by people whose files, cases, admissions or projects sit unmoved for months. The 3x3 inch copper sheet carries the Ganapati beeja Gam inside a mandala of eight petals and a protective bhupura. According to the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra and the Ganapati upasana tradition, its worship is believed to remove obstacles that appear at the last stage of a task, speed up decisions pending with authorities, bring clarity about which step to take next, restore support from people who have gone silent, protect a venture from repeated postponement, and steady the mind of the person carrying the work. It is particularly beneficial for students awaiting admission or results, applicants waiting on government approvals, litigants in slow-moving cases, contractors and builders with stalled projects, job seekers in a long interview process, and anyone in a Ketu or Shani period marked by delay. Install it in the north-east on a yellow cloth on a Wednesday morning or on Sankashti Chaturthi. Energize it with durva grass, red flowers, modak and 108 recitations. Mantra: Om Shreem Hreem Kleem Glaum Gam Ganapataye Vara Varada Sarvajanam Me Vashamanaya Swaha.

Wash the Yantra in clean water and then in raw milk, rinse, and dry it with a fresh cloth on the morning of installation.
Spread a yellow cloth in the north-east of the puja room or study and set the Yantra facing east.
Light a ghee lamp, apply a sindoor tilak, and place twenty-one blades of durva grass on the plate.
Offer modak, laddu or any jaggery sweet, along with red flowers.
State the specific pending work aloud in one sentence, then chant the Ganapati mantra 108 times on a rudraksha mala.
Repeat every morning until the matter is settled, and keep a Wednesday lamp afterwards. Replace the durva grass weekly and wipe the copper with a dry cloth.
It is used for a defined, stuck undertaking such as a pending file, a court date, an admission, a licence, a registration or a delayed project. It is not a general prosperity Yantra. Householders traditionally name the specific task at the time of installation and keep to that one purpose.
