Durga Bissa 3x3 Yantra (दुर्गा बीसा 3x3 यंत्र) is a sacred 3x3 inch copper Yantra built on the classical Beesa or twenty-chambered magic square of Maa Durga, in which every row, column and diagonal of the numbered grid totals the same protective figure. The 3x3 inch plate gives room for the complete numeric grid together with the Navarna bija letters, which is why this size is preferred for household and shop installation. According to the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra and the Durga Saptashati tradition, worship of the Durga Beesa Yantra is held to guard the household from theft, fire and sudden calamity, break the effect of nazar and ill-will, protect children and travelling family members, steady a home disturbed by quarrels, remove obstruction in pending work, and give courage during litigation or hostility. It is particularly beneficial for families living alone or far from relatives, shop and factory owners, people who travel frequently on work, women managing a household single-handed, those repeatedly affected by evil eye, and anyone whose chart shows a strong sixth-house affliction. Place the Yantra in the north or east of the home temple on a clean red cloth on a Tuesday or during Navratri.
